ACH Origination

Are you sending deposits and payments through the mail? Are you looking for a more secure way to get your money into your accounts? 

ACH Origination is the process of electronically withdrawing funds from one of your existing accounts at different financial institutions, and electronically transferring them to your account with us. Not only is this a great opportunity for members whose payrolls only allow them one direct deposit option, but it's a safer, more secure way for your deposits and payments to get to the credit union!

The process begins when the member fills out a simple form that will allow us to retrieve funds from an existing account. Once the information is input into the system, a test file is sent out to verify that all the information is correct. After about two weeks, we will know if the withdrawals will come out correctly. At this point, the actual withdrawal is set up. When funds start depositing into your account, we can then generate automatic transfers into your savings, club, money market, checking, loan, and even a special certificate accounts!
